  • Igor Yakovenko

    Chief Executive Officer, DeloPorts

    Igor Yakovenko stepped into his present role in May 2015.

    He has been with Delo since 2005 and rose through the ranks from specialist to the General Manager of LLC "Novorossiysk Petrotransshipment Complex" and LLC “Novorosnefteservis”, part of Delo Group’s oil segment in 2013. From 2013 to 2015 Igor Yakovenko held the executive position in LLC ‘Gazpromneft Marine Bunker’ in Novorossiysk. 

    Prior to this, from 2002 to 2005 Mr. Yakovenko worked at CJSC “Lukoil Chernomorye” and was in charge of the Company’s corporate development. 


    Igor Yakovenko is a graduate of the Federal Security Department’s Golitsynskyi Border Institute and the State Finance Academy.

  • Elena Surkova

    Deputy CEO, Economics and Finance, DeloPorts

    Mrs. Surkova joined Delo Group as head of corporate reporting in 2013 and was responsible for preparation and consolidation of financial and management reports of the Group companies, financial analysis and interaction with auditors. 

     
    In 2015 Elena was appointed Deputy CEO of DeloPorts for economics and finance. She supervises cooperation of financial services of DeloPorts’ subsidiaries and specialized functions of the Group headquarters. Previously, Elena worked as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and was responsible for inspection of large industrial enterprises.

     Mrs. Surkova is a graduate of the Russian State University of Economy and Trade (currently a branch of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics).

  • Yury Matvienko

    Chief Executive Officer, NUTEP Container Terminal

    Yury Matvienko joined the Delo Group team in November 2015.

    Mr. Matvienko has 30 years experience in the transportation industry. He started his career as the sea captain assistant and rose to the executive positions in the water transport and stevedoring companies (JSC Tuapse Commercial Sea Port, JSC Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port, LLC BalttransService, LLC Primorsk Commercial Port, JSC Sea Port Service).

    Yury Matvienko was born 10 April 1964. He graduated from the Novorossiysk Higher Marine Engineering College with a degree in navigation on sea routes and has an MBA from the Business School IMISP (St. Petersburg)

  • Alexander Trukhanovich

    Chief Executive Officer, KSK Grain Terminal

    Alexander Trukhanovich joined Delo Group in 2006

    Mr. Trukhanovich, previously CEO of LLC ‘Gazpromneft Marine Bunker’ in Novorossiysk, has been working in the transport industry since 2006 and has extensive experience in managing stevedoring assets.

    From 2006 to 2015, Alexander Truhanovich held executive positions in Novorosnefteservis LLC and Novorossiysk Oil Transshipment Complex LLC (until 2013 they were part of the oil segment of Delo Group).

    Alexander Trukhanovich graduated from the Moscow Military Institute of the Federal Border Service of the Russian Federation with a degree in jurisprudence and the Naval Academy named after Admiral F. Ushakov, specializing in the organization of transportation and management in transport (maritime).

  • Oleg Nechaev

    Chief Executive Officer, Delo Service Company

    Oleg Nechaev joined Delo Group in 2006. 

    Oleg Nechaev has a vast expertise in maritime bunkering business management. His prior professional background includes over 15 years in transportation and logistics.

    Oleg Nechaev was born 6 May, 1969. He graduated from the Kuban State Technological Institute.

  • Andrey Yashchenko

    Chairman of the Board

    Senior Vice President, Strategy and Finance

    Mr. Yashchenko joined Delo Group in 2018. He worked as CEO of the Management Company “Delo” in 2018 – 2019. In January 2020, he was appointed the Senior Vice President, Strategy and Finance at Delo Group.

    From 2013 to 2018, Mr. Yashchenko held the position of the Chief Financial Officer in En+ Group, the leading global vertically integrated producer of aluminum and power. Mr. Yashchenko introduced the debt restructuring of the En+ energy segment, participated in consolidation of the power assets and development of the new strategy of a vertically integrated company, successfully completed the En+ IPO project of En.

    From 2011 to 2012 Andrey Yashchenko was the First Vice President and CFO of Russian Platinum.

    From 2006 to 2010 he held positions of Deputy CFO and Corporate Finance Director at Basic Element. Prior to this from 2000 to 2006 Mr. Yashchenko worked at Rusal as Capital Markets Director.

    Earlier Mr. Yashchenko held various positions in the field of corporate finance and strategic development in the Tyumen Oil Company, worked as an auditor at Deloitte, and then as an investment analyst in MC Securities and Montes Auri. Mr. Yashchenko arranged debt financing in international and Russian markets, led the development of financial strategy and optimized capital structure, participated in international acquisitions, corporate restructuring and development of holding structures.

    Born on the 18th of May 1973.

    Graduated from the Moscow State University with a degree in Economics with honors. The CFA charterholder and member of CFA Institute.

  • Ivan Besedin

    Member of the Board

    Adviser to the President of Delo Group

    Ivan Besedin has extensive experience in the Russian railway industry where he worked for more than 35 years. He held a number of high-level managerial positions at the Russian Railways and within the Ministry of the Railway Transport and was Head of the Moscow Metro between 2011 and 2014. Today Mr. Besedin holds the position of adviser to the President of Delo Group, a role that he has fulfilled since April 2019.

    Mr. Besedin has served on several Boards, most notably having been Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC Transcontainer and Chairman of the rail freight operator OJSC Railtransavto.

    He is a graduate of Moscow Institute of Engineers of Railway Transport and holds a PhD in Technical Science. Adding to his distinguished academic career, he was Head of the All-Russia Research Institute of Railway Transport of the Ministry of Railways between 2003 and 2006. He has received multiple awards for his contribution to the railways industry of the USSR and the Russian Federation

  • Dmitrii Pankov

    Member of the Board

    Senior Vice-President

    Mr. Pankov oversees the legal and corporate affairs of the Company as well as M&A.

    Before joining Delo Group, Mr. Pankov held various executive positions in Russian companies specializing in private asset management and practiced in law as an Attorney-at-Law and a member of the Russian BAR.

    Born on the 28th of April 1979.

    Dmitry Pankov graduated from the Liberal Arts University in Yekaterinburg, Faculty of Law.

  • Aleksey Grenkov

    Member of the Board

    From 1997 to 2009 Mr. Grenkov worked in banking sector in the field of corporate customer lending - Russian-German JSC Trade Bank, CJSC Bank Austria Creditanstalt (Russia), CJSC UniCredit Bank.

    In 2010, he joined PJSC Sberbank, where Aleksey Grenkov holds the position of Vice President and Director of Key Clients Department. 
    Born on the 8th of March, in Moscow.
    Graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Economics, with a degree in General economics. Fluent in English.

  • Alexandr Neklyudov

    Member of the Board

    Member of the Board of Director of Management Company “Delo”

    Chief Executive Officer, Rosatom Cargo (ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation)

    Mr. Neklyudov appointed Chief Executive Officer at Rosatom Cargo in June 2019.

    Alexandr Neklyudov is the author of the logistic development strategy of the ROSATOM State Corporation.

    More than 20 years of management experience in  major capital construction projects in the oil and gas, mining and energy sectors. He has experience managing projects remote from existing infrastructure, including very early stages of implementation.

    Mr. Neklyudov worked in a team with international experts of BP for 7 years as a part of TNK-BP joint venture (today Rosneft’s asset). During his time in the team, he gained practical experience in managing large projects abiding international standards at the stages from “Initiation” to “Commissioning”.

    He has experience in integrating the Western and the Russian approaches in the implementation of major capital construction projects.

    Born on the 2nd of September 1975.

    Mr. Neklyudov graduated from the Moscow International University in 1998 and completed corporate continuing education programs in TNK and TNK-BP project management.
